Site Meeting FAQ Listed below are common questions that we get asked regarding site meetings. Q: Are site meetings important when concerning marquee hire? A: Yes they are extremely important in particularly for events involving larger or multiple marquees and high volumes of equipment. At the site meetings one of our staff can view the sited ground, check out the access and parking for vehicles, speak to people at the site and generally get a feel for the suitability of a marquee going in the proposed place. Also it is vital that you get the chance to meet one of us. By doing this you get an idea of what we are like as people and if you would like to work with us. Q: Are site meetings with Anniversary Marquees free? A: In terms of money changing hands yes site meetings with us are free. However, in terms of your time, travel costs and our own time and travel there are costs associated with site meetings. Therefore because of this we have to ensure that we give ourselves the best opportunity possible to ensure a site visit turns into a booking. We realise this is not always going to be the case but by asking certain questions and asking for certain criteria we feel we are giving the company the best chance to succeed. It is also important to point out that by reducing company overheads such as unsuccessful site visits we can offer a more efficient and cost effective service to our ongoing customers. Q: What criteria are you looking for if I need a site meeting? A: If possible we ideally need: A completed brochure request form - This way we will know specific details about the event covering topics such as geography, size, budget, type etc. You can fill in one of these forms here. We need to know the date of your event, venue location and some detail about the type of marquee equipment you are looking for. Once we have this information we can arrange for someone to come out to the site and meet you. At meetings we can bring additional pictures, physical sample swatches and look into computer designed marquee layouts so if you can find the time to complete a request form it will be a great benefit to your event plans.
